Welcome! I’m Dominique. I’m a woman of faith, public servant, and social worker dedicated to understanding how to improve the world we live in. I’m especially interested in how racism and inequality impact the educational and social outcomes of Black families and their children. As a school social worker, I like to examine these issues through the lens of K-12 public education to inform both educational and social policy, particularly in urban settings.
